Urohydropulsion Helps Gus

Gus is one of many dogs who forms bladder stones, despite the avoidance tricks like prescription diet. Gus came to Southern Colorado Veterinary Internal Medicine (SCVIM) for an alternative to another surgery and now he comes to see us about every 6 months to check his bladder. If he has stones forming, we place him under anesthesia for Urohydropulsion- a non-surgical way to remove small stones. We love seeing our patients live happy healthy lives!
